About YAN's Nurseries
Across the Yass Area Network of Landcare Groups network, three community Landcare nurseries work together to grow thousands of native tube stock each year for local revegetation projects, farms, gardens and habitat restoration.
Each nursery is volunteer-run, with dedicated community members contributing their time, knowledge and care to produce high-quality plants suited to local conditions. A strong focus across all three nurseries is growing climate ready species — selecting plants that are resilient, locally appropriate and suited to the changing conditions of our region.
